Accomplished 25 years of gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship under Dr. Ralph Giannella and Dr. Kenneth Sherman (Chief of GI and Hepatology at University of Cincinnati) Performed several thousands EGD's and colonoscopies (many therapeutic cases), hundreds of PEG placements, hundreds of esophageal dilations, hundreds of paracenteses, hundreds of ERCP's (many therapeutic cases), and over 150 liver biopsies. Specialized training in hepatology and liver transplant medicines during dedicated 3rd year of hepatology fellowship with pediatric experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital by Dr. William Ballesteri (Chief of Pediatric GI). Adept in esophageal variceal and hemorrhoidal banding as well as sclerotherapies and IR ablation of internal hemorrhoids. Trained in permanent esophageal and biliary stent placement. Trained in esophageal and rectal manometry, Bravo pH probe, M2A Video Enteroscopy.
